Studios Anna is operated by STUDIOS ANNA ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ ΙΚΕ, Vourvourou 0, Agios Nikolaos, Sithonia, Halkidiki, 63078, Greece.
We are responsible for the information we use to answer enquiries and manage your stay. Our team checks info@studioanna.gr and replies to messages. You can use that address for questions about your personal information or call +30 693 483 1945.
Enquiries: we use your name, contact details and message to answer you. If you are planning a booking, this is to take the steps you request before a contract. For other questions, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact our business.
Bookings and stays: we use reservation details, dates, guest numbers, necessary requests, payment status and invoice details to arrange your stay and perform our contract with you. We also keep records needed for applicable tax, accounting and other legal obligations. We may receive these details from you, someone booking for you, or the platform or travel company used for your reservation.
Website operation: your browser sends technical information, including an IP address and browser/request details, to deliver the website. Our legitimate interest is keeping the website working, secure and protected against misuse.
Optional measurement: on studioanna.gr, Google Analytics loads after you accept Analytics. Google advertising tags and Meta Pixel load after you accept Advertisement. These tools measure website use and advertising performance, and advertising settings may support relevant audiences. We rely on your consent for this optional tracking.
Optional membership: if you join SmartGuest, we use your email/account details and eligible stay-point records to administer the membership service you request and determine benefits under the programme’s rules.
Please share only the information needed for your enquiry or stay. The relevant contact, booking and payment details are needed to answer or provide the service you request.
Bookoncloud hosts our website. CookieYes manages the website’s cookie choices. Google and Meta provide the measurement services described above, and Trustindex displays public reviews. When an external resource, such as a font or review component, loads, its provider receives the technical connection information needed to deliver it.
Our direct booking engine at studiosanna.reserve-online.net uses WebHotelier. Hotelizer supports reservation and property management. Viva processes online payments and also uses payment information for its own security and legal duties. These providers receive information relevant to their services.
Authorised people who manage your enquiry, stay, accounts or technical support may access the information needed for that work. Relevant records may also be provided to competent authorities where the law requires it.
The booking engine and payment pages are separate services with their own privacy and cookie information. The consent controls described here apply to studioanna.gr and do not describe or replace those services’ controls.
Some providers use international infrastructure and may process information outside the European Economic Area. Contact us if you would like details of the providers or transfer arrangements relevant to your information. Their published notices provide further information about their own processing.
Retention depends on whether information is still needed for an enquiry or stay, applicable record-keeping requirements, and the handling of complaints or legal claims.
At present, we do not have a fixed deletion schedule for older guest records or enquiry emails. You can contact us to request a review or deletion of your information. We will assess what can be deleted and explain if particular records must be kept.
Cookie expiry is separate from retention of booking and email records. Deleting a browser cookie does not delete a reservation.
You can change or withdraw website cookie consent using Consent Preferences. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing.
Email info@studioanna.gr to exercise these rights. We may ask for limited information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month and will explain any permitted extension.
You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority. Information: Hellenic Data Protection Authority
Use the cookie banner to accept optional cookies, reject them or choose individual categories. You can reopen Consent Preferences using the floating cookie-preferences button and change your choice.
Google Analytics loads after Analytics consent. Google advertising tags and Meta Pixel load after Advertisement consent. If you withdraw permission for a category that was already running, the page reloads to stop those scripts. Your saved choices are then applied to the new page.
These choices apply to studioanna.gr. The booking engine and payment pages have separate controls and notices; your website choice does not automatically describe how those services work.
Necessary: CookieYes remembers your choices so we can apply them. Necessary technical functions support the website and its security.
Analytics: Google Analytics measures visits and interactions to help us understand and improve the website. It can use browser identifiers and information about pages, devices and links you use. This category is optional.
Advertisement: Google advertising tools and Meta Pixel measure advertising responses and may support advertising audiences. This category is optional and is separate from Analytics.
Other optional categories are shown in the preference panel where relevant. You do not need to accept optional tracking to browse the website or use our contact and booking links.
Our Directions link opens Google Maps. Public reviews are displayed through Trustindex. Fonts and review content may be delivered by external providers; when that content loads, the provider receives the connection information needed to deliver it, such as an IP address and browser details.
Opening a map, social-media page or another external link takes you to a service with its own privacy information. Rejecting analytics and advertising does not block the ordinary connections needed to display the website and other content you open.
Our banner is configured to request renewed consent after 365 days. You can change your choices earlier at any time.
Other cookies may expire when a browser session ends or on their configured expiry date. Browser settings can shorten their lifetime or remove them. Cookie expiry is different from the retention of information already sent to a provider.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Deleting the stored choice can make the banner appear again; blocking necessary cookies may affect website functions.
